Jaimee is a registered dietitian specializing in working with young soccer players. She believes that performance nutrition should be fun, simple and personalized. Her approach allows athletes and their family to feel more confident and less stressed at the dinner table or on the road.
As a former college soccer player, she struggled throughout her playing career with unpredictable energy levels, frequent headaches and poor recovery between games. Her mission is to empower and support athletes to learn how to adjust their fueling needs using foods they enjoy so they can play at their highest potential!
